The player has a limited time to build up points, which start off the game with 0. To win a category, your vehicle should be comprised of certain criteria, such as having the fastest speed, the highest amount of damage per stage, the heaviest weight among the vehicles participating in the race, among many others. The'Championship' mode in the PC version features a large number of categories that include Darts, Trucks, Muscle Cars, and Baja Cars. The player can modify their vehicles by changing the wheels, tires, body type, coloring, and more. If you hit another car, you score points based on the damage taken (provided you have the required parts).
You have unlimited money in this mode and are allowed to customize your vehicle using the available parts.
The'Arena' is a split-screen game mode in which you pit your car against the computer-simulated opponent, who also does the same.
